New Launch Stirling Residences Condo at Stirling Road (Queenstown), is a large 99-Year Leasehold site at Stirling Road under the Reserve List of the Government Land Sale Programme (GLS) by Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA), sold in the 2nd quarter of 2017. This land parcel is bounded by Stirling Road and Angora Close, located near Commonwealth Avenue, Central Region of Singapore, under Queenstown Planning Area.
It has a site area of 227,222 square feet of land and is expected to house approximately 1,100 residential apartments.
A consortium between Hong Kong’s Longan Property and China’s Nanshan Group won the top bid of more than S$1 billion, which translates into S$1,050 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr) . It will have an estimated break-even price of between S$1600psf and S$1700psf.
